蓝莓绿枝扦插技术研究

研究了不同基质、不同生根剂和不同扦插时期处理对蓝丰蓝莓绿枝扦插成活的影响,结果表明,不同的基质对蓝莓绿枝扦插生根的影响很大,其中1∶1的珍珠岩∶粉碎苔藓混合基质生根成活率和综合生根质量最高,分别为86.5%和46.5%,其次是2∶1的珍珠岩∶木粉。NAA和IBA生根剂处理都明显地促进生根,NAA 200 mg/kg+IBA 200 mg/kg效果最好,生根率达到71.6%。不同时期绿枝扦插生根率存在明显差异,以9月份扦插成活率最高,其次是5月份,分别为93.0%和71.6%。

Study of Blueberry Propagation by Softwood Cutting

The effects of different substrates,rooting reagent and cutting time on cuttage survial of softwood cutted from blueberry variety Bluecrop were studied.The results showed that the best substrate for rooting was perlite mixed with lichen by 1∶1(v/v) with 86.5% of rooting ratio and 46.5% of integrated rooting quality(Q).The next was perlite mixed with wood flour by 2∶1.Both NAA and IBA improved rooting rates of softwood.NAA 200 mg/kg+IBA 200 mg/kg was the best and the rooting rate was 71.6%.The best rooting period was September and May with 93.0%and 71.6% of rooting rate respectively.
