移动数字图书馆的用户体验模型与效能优化研究

对移动数字图书馆用户体验的概念、基本特征、需求以及现状进行了简要分析,认为用户体验要素由“用户感受”和“核心价值”构成,并从目标取向、功能定位以及设计思路三方面思考用户体验模型的构建,最后基于用户体验需求特征从感官体验、交互体验和情感体验三方面提出效能优化措施。

Research on User Experience Model and Efficiency Optimization of Mobile Digital Library

This paper briefly analyzed the concept, basic characteristics, requirements and status of mobile digital library's user experience, and proposed that the elements of user experience included user experience and core values, and built the user experience model from the goal orientation, function orientation and design ideas, and then put forward the performance optimization measures covering sensory experience, interactive experience and emotional experience based on the demand characteristics of user experience.
