| 摘 要： | 学术质量是学术期刊的生命，是决定作者是否投稿的重要因素。学术期刊的学术质量和优质稿源是相互依存和制约的。以《山东农业科学》为例，从科研和人才评价政策、主办单位的重视程度、核心期刊的引导因素、编辑服务质量与期刊信誉度4个方面分析了影响省级学术期刊稿源质量的原因，并提出了提升其学术质量的改进措施。

| Abstract: | Academic quality is the life of academic periodicals, and is one of the important factors determining contribute or not of authors. The academic quality is interedependent and interacted with the high-quality of contributions. Taking the periodical Shandong Agricultural Sciences as an example, this paper analyzed the factors influencing the quality of provincial periodical quality from evaluation strategy for scientific research and talents, attentions paid by sponsor, guidance of core journal and service quality and creditworthiness, and put forward some measures for its academic quality improvement. |
