| 摘 要： | 当学科馆员通过实际的行为将岗位职责具体地呈现出来的时候,便成功扮演了学科馆员的角色。提高学科馆员的基本素养,要坚持以服务师生需求为基本导向原则,积极主动地转变传统的图书馆思维观念,特别重视提升学科馆员的知识服务能力。

| Abstract: | Subject librarian’s role playing is to present the job responsibilities in detail through actual behaviors. To improve the basic accomplishment of subject librarian, it should adhere to the basic principles for serving the needs of teachers and students, and change the traditional thinking of library actively, and pay special attentions to enhance the ability of knowledge service of subject librarian. |
