| Abstract: | This article explains the notion of the City-Country Exchanging Movement and its practical significance, analyzes the mechanism of The Centralization Economic Law to the City-Country Exchanging Movement,then brings forward some measures to realize the exchanging movement between cities and countries from such aspects as: census register, employment and the rural land system, rural corporations centralization, the functions of secondary planet towns, and so on. |
