| 摘 要： | 采用常规蛋白提取法、亲和层析法、体外凝集反应以及^3H—TdR掺入法；从菠萝蜜种子中提取凝集素，并探讨其生物学特性。试验发现，纯化的凝集素(JL)由两个亚基以非共价健结合，分子量分别为12．0kDa和14．5kDa；JL可凝集人、猫、兔和鼠的新鲜红血球；促进体外培养的小鼠胸腺细胞、L929细胞增殖，但它却抑制了小鼠3T3细胞的增殖。 |

| Abstract: | The experiment was performed by using normal protein purification method, affinity chromatagraphy , agglutinating erythocytes in vitro and 3 H-TdR incorporation The JL is made of two subunits which the molecular weight are 12kDa and 14 5kDa JL could agglutinate the fresh erythocytes of human,cat,rabbit and mouse, which could stimulate the proliferation of thymine cells from C57 strain mice and the L 929 cells But the JL inhibits the 3 T 3 cells proliferation |
