| 摘 要： | 针对目前耕地保护面临的问题,提出切实推进省以下国土资源管理体制改革,改革地方党政领导干部的考核制度,进一步完善＂以地补农＂的大政方针,科学修编并严格执行土地利用总体规划的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Aimed at problems faced in land protection at current, provided some countermeasures that promoting effectively the management system reform of land resources below the province,reforming the appraisal system of local party and government leading cadres,further improving the major policies of ＂ Using Land to Support Agriculture＂,scientific revising and strictly enforcing the land use planning and so on sides. |
