| 摘 要： | 研究不同浓度的KMnO4、6-BA、GA对柴胡种子发芽的影响。结果表明：适宜浓度的KMnO4、6-BA、GA对柴胡种子发芽均有促进作用，其中柴胡种子采用浓度为0．5mg·L-1的6-BA浸种24h处理效果最好，发芽率达到66．33％，萌发高峰日为8d，与清水处理比较提前9d，发芽势为41．67％，高出清水处理16．34％。

| Abstract: | The effect of different concentration of KMnO4,6- BA, GA on the germination of Bupleurum chinese seeds was studied, and the results showed that the suitable concentrations of KMnO4,6 - BA, GA on the germination of Bupleunm ch/nese seeds were all had promotion function, in which the effect of using 0.5mL. L - 1 6 - BA soak- ing 24h was the best and the germination rate reached 66.33%, file germination peak day was 8 days, it was shorter than water pretreatments for 9 days, the germination energy was 41.67%, and it was higher than the fresh water treatment for 16.34%. |
