| 摘 要： | 随着新农村建设步伐的不断加快,村级财务管理变得越来越重要,并且村民也越来越关心和注重。从财务管理、监督机制等方面找出当前村级财务中存在的有关问题和矛盾,并从思想认识、监督体制、人员管理等方面对产生问题的原因进行了全面解析,并有针对性地提出对策与建议。

| Abstract: | With the fast development of new countryside construction,village-level finance management is getting quite important,and the villagers also consider this aspect.This paper is from finance management,supervision mechanism and other angles to find out what is current problem and contradiction in terms of village-level finance management.Meanwhile,the paper is to analyze the reasons completely from concept,supervision,group management and other aspects,then,come up to suggestion and advice directly. |
