| 摘 要： | 随着我国新农村建设的逐步开展,农村住宅建设将成为我国建筑业的巨大市场,节能型农村住宅建设将产生巨大的社会效益和经济效益。本文通过对国内外农村住宅建设的现状和问题的探讨,提出了对我国新农村节能型住宅建设的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With China＇s gradual development of new rural construction,the housing construction in rural areas will become a huge market for China＇s construction industry,saving energy and land-based rural housing construction will have a huge social and economic benefits.By discussion on the status and problems of housing construction in rural areas at home and abroad,put forward suggestions of saving energy and land-based rural housing construction. |
