摘    要:以扬稻6号与南粳43为试验材料.在人工气候箱对2个水稻品种进行高温处理,研究始穗期高温胁迫对水稻剑叶理化特性的影响.结果表明:高温胁迫下,水稻剑叶叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸(proline,Pro)、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性、抗坏血酸(aseorbie acid,ASA)与还原型谷胱甘肽(gh-tathione,GSH)含量明显降低,丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量和细胞膜透性显著增加.与南粳43相比,扬稻6号在高温胁迫下仍能保持较高叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、SOD活性、ASA与GSH含量以及较低的MDA含量和电解质外渗率,能保持细胞膜结构及功能的相对稳定性,减轻对功能叶的伤害,因此扬稻6号的耐热性高于南粳43.

Abstract:The effects of physiological characteristics on flag leaves on high temperature stress are studied in initial heading stage use rice variety Yangdao 6 and Nanjing 43. The results show that chlorophyll content,free proline(Pro),soluble sugar,soluble protein,superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity,ascorbic acid (ASA)and glutathione (GSH) content are lower significantly by high temperature stress.
