地方高校酿酒特色人才培养研究

摘    要:特色专业建设是高等教育进行专业结构调整,培养社会适应型人才的需要,是地方高校坚持科学发展,办出自身特色,提升核心竞争力的需要。该文对四川理工学院生物工程专业如何结合区域经济的需求,创新人才培养模式,最终创建成为国家特色专业进行了总结,以期能为同类高校创办特色专业提供借鉴。

Abstract:Specialty construction is the need of professional structural adjustment and cultivating social adaptability talent in higher education.And also the need of adhering to scientific development,doing its own characteristics,and enhancing core competitiveness of local colleges and universities.How to combine the needs of regional economy,innovative training model,and eventually creating a national specialty professional in Sichuan University of Science & Engineering were summarized to provide reference for similar universities to found features professional.
