诚信的完整内涵与大学生诚信教育

诚信的完整内涵有三个方面：其一，诚信首先是一种规范；其二，诚信是一种制度；其三，诚信是人品。考试作弊、偷窃、抄袭剽窃他人成果、拖欠学赞或贷款被认为是高校里的普遍的不诚信行为。在大学生中开展诚信教育，既是他们自身成长的需要，也是时代发展和社会进步的要求。大学生诚信教育应以诚信的完整内涵为基础，充分调动、整合学校各方面资源开展全方位、多层次、整体化的诚信教育系统工程。
