| 摘 要： | 森林资源对国家经济和社会可持续发展具有重要的意义,但近年来却受到森林火灾的严重威胁,如何能有效保护森林资源,笔者认为应当充分利用信息技术建设森林防火和应急处置系统,建立和完善监测顸警系统、信息与指挥系统、通信系统和评估系统.

| Abstract: | Forest resources are great significant for the sustainable development of our society and national economy.In re- cent years,forest resources have been threatened by forest fires,so it is urgent to protect the forest resources.Information technol- ogy should be utilized fully to establish forest fire prevention and emergency handling system,to build and perfect inspection & early warning system,information & command system as well as communication & evaluation system. |
