水分胁迫对紫叶李叶片色素含量与PAL活性的影响

摘    要:以彩叶植物紫叶李为试验材料,研究了水分胁迫对紫叶李叶片中色素含量和苯丙氨酸裂解酶(PAL)活性的影响。结果表明:随着水分胁迫程度的加重,叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量下降,叶绿素a与b比值明显上升,叶绿素与类胡萝卜素比值下降,花青素与叶绿素比值增加;PAL活性和花青素含量上升。水分胁迫对叶绿素b的伤害大于叶绿素a,花青素与叶绿素比值的上升是导致叶片显色更加明显的主要原因。

Abstract:Effects of water stress on pigment content and PAL activity of purple leaf plum,a color-leafed plant,were studied.The results showed that with the strengthening of water stress,the content of ch a,ch b and ch a b,carotenoids decreased,ch a/b increased,ch a b/carotenoids decreased,and flower pigment/ch a b increased;PAL activity and the content of flower pigment increased.The injury of water stress to chb was bigger than to ch a,and the main cause to the coloring of the leave was the increase of ch a b/flower pigment.
