番茄与茄子嫁接接合部组织的悬浮培养

摘    要:对番茄与茄子嫁接接合部组织进行了悬浮培养.结果表明,将切取的嫁接接合部组织接种在含有1.0 mg/L 2,4-D和0.5 mg/L 6-BA的MS液体培养基上没有褐化死亡且能形成黄色颗粒状的愈伤组织,但将愈伤组织接种在含有2.0 mg/L 6-BA、0.2 mg/L IAA和0.1 mg/L NAA的分化培养基上,不能分化出芽;将嫁接接合部组织刮下接种在含有0.5 mg/L 6-BA,1.0 mg/L 2,4-D或2.0 mg/L 6-BA,0.1 mg/L IAA两种液体培养基上,均能促使愈伤组织的增殖,将愈伤组织接种在含有2.0 mg/L 6-BA、0.2 mg/L IAA和0.1 mg/L NAA的分化培养基上,可以分化出芽,且在分化的芽中获得了变异.

Abstract:The tissue of the graft union between tomato and eggplant was cultured in the liquid medium to study its suspension culture effects.The results show that the tissue cultured in liquid MS medium with 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.5 mg/L 6-BA can induce yellow callus but the buds can not be differentiated from the callus cultured on solid differentiation MS medium with 2.0 mg/L 6-BA,0.2 mg/L IAA and 0.1 mg/L NAA,and the tissue cultured in liquid MS medium with 0.5 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D or 2.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L IAA can induce and promote callus formation and multiplication and the buds or variant buds can be differentiated from the callus cultured on solid differentiation MS medium with 2.0 mg/L 6-BA,0.2 mg/L IAA and 0.1 mg/L NAA.
