疱疹病毒潜伏感染与细胞凋亡关系的研究进展

能在神经系统建立潜伏感染是嗜神经性疱疹病的一个主要特征。大量的研究表明，潜伏相关基因的表达物是建立潜伏感染所不可缺少的因素外界刺激、宿主免疫力的降低等因素都可以使宿主由潜伏感染状态发病，成为带毒者和传播源，因此，对潜伏感染建立及维持机理的研究就显得尤为重要。潜伏期病毒的基因产物以及由病毒所激起宿主基因产物的改变及其相互作用，对病毒的潜伏感染是至关重要的。处于潜伏期的病毒在不导致病理性细胞死亡的条件下，是否抑制了细胞凋亡以达到延长细胞的生命而利于自身的生存还需要进一步研究。

The Development of Studies on the Relationship of Latency-Infection and Apoptosis of Herpesvirus

That latency infection established in the nervous system was a main character of hydropholibic herpesvirus.It was essential for the expressed product of latency associated gene to set up latency infection.Hosts can be diseased from latency condition by the decreasing of host's immunity and stimulation of condition,and so on ,then become a carrier and infectious source.So it's very important to study the establishment and maintenance of latency infection.It's also shown that the interaction of viral gene product during latency and change of host's gene product by virus inducingis very important.On the condition of un pathological cell death.it need further research whether apoptosis was inhibited by latency period virus in order to prolong and benefit cell itself.The latest development about these was reviewed in this thesis.
