HC-01深槽式螺旋搅拌堆肥装置的研制

摘    要:为了优化固体废弃物深槽式堆肥工艺,研制了HC-01深槽式螺旋搅拌堆肥实验装置.该装置具有两个搅拌螺旋,倾角可调,且可以具有不同的倾角.搅拌螺旋的转速、小车横向移动速度,以及大车前进速度,均可以通过变频器调整.以西门子S7-224PLC为核心建立机电控制系统,可通过编程改变系统运行程序,取得良好的应用效果.

Abstract:On the purpose of research and jj of aerobic composting with deep trough of solid waste treatment, deign and manufactured HC-01 experimental composting system. It has two stirring screws, whose working angle could be adjusted independently. The crosswise velocity, longitudinal velocity and rotate speed of the stirring screws can be adjusted. The control system is based on the Simens S-227 PLC. This equipment is used in composting experiments and satisfactory result is got.
