贵州烤烟托盘育苗基质配方研究

为探索不同基质对烤烟托盘育苗烟苗生长的影响，试验选择无病肥土、苹粪、珍珠岩和火土灰四种材料进行基质配方研究。结果表明：无病肥土和火土灰含量越高，种子出苗率越高；草粪能促进幼苗的生长发育，有利于烟株干物质积累；适宜的珍珠岩含量，能增加基质通气能力，促进烟苗生长发育。采用无病肥土：草粪：珍珠岩为5：3：2的基质配方进行烤烟托盘育苗，种子出苗率较高，出苗后烟株生长速度快，根系发达，烟苗素质高。

Research on substrates formula in Tray System of Flue-curing Tobacco Seedling

Four substrates including loam without disease, grass dung, perlite andFire ashes were researched to know these seedling substrates how to control growth of flue-cured tobacco seedling. It was resulted that seedling rate is higher with the growth of loam without disease and fire ashes. Grass dung benefits the growth of seedling, and accumulation of the dry matter of the tobacco seedling. Fitting perlite can also be use to the growth of seedling due to the enlarged ventilation. The formula of loam without disease: grass dung: perlite= 5: 3: 2 is a better one. Using this formula, the better tobacco seedling diathesis consist of higher seedling rate and growth rate, upgrowth roots can be obtained.
