| 摘 要： | 网络的迅速发展，使图书馆参考咨询工作发生了巨大的变化。具备了传统图书馆咨询服务工作所不具备的某些特点。在网络环境下，积极组织馆藏信息资源；提供网络导航服务；开展多形式的网络参考咨询服务是图书馆参考咨询工作在网络环境下的对策。
