摘    要:通过对水情、工情分析,提出处理三站电缆沟、改变西闸控制运用方式、增设三站下游挡水墙、东闸与宜陵闸、宜北闸联合运用等技术措施和改造方案,以充分利用长江潮位优势,全面提高江都泵站进水池水位,从而降低泵站扬程,增大抽水能力,减少电能消耗,提高运行可靠性。本方案可显著地提高江都泵站的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Through analyzing hydrologic situation and operation condition of the Jiangdu pumping stations, some measures and reform schemes for the pumping stations is proposed as follows: treating the cable ducts of the three pumping stations; changing the control and operation patterns of the Western Sluice; additionally constructing downstream water retaining walls for the three pumping stations; and combining operation of Eastern Sluice, Yiling Sluice and Yibei Sluice. Therefore, the full use of advantages of tidal level of the Yangtze River so as to lower the delivery lift and increase the pumping capacity and save energy consumption and raise operation reliability, are implemented. Then the social and economic benefits of the Jiangdu pumping stations will be raised obviously.
