发动机机油压力安全保护装置的设计

机油压力过低,造成零件早期磨损,导致烧瓦抱轴、拉缸等事故。为此,研究制作了防止发动机机油压力过低的两种安全保护装置:一种是压力过低时警报灯亮并发出声音报警,对发电机采用具有中性点接线柱和无中性点接线柱及整体式交流发电机的电路分别进行了设计;另一种是加装油压安全保护装置,介绍了油压安全保护装置的结构及受力分析。同时,详细地阐述了预防机油压力过低的主要方法。

Design of the Study on Security Installment of Engine Machine Oil Pressure Safekeeping

That the pressure of the machine oil is too low creates the early attrition of the components and causes the accidents like tile kilning, cylinder and so on. This article studies and manufactures two kinds of safekeeping of security installment preventing from the over lowness of the pressure of the engine machine oil. One kind was that warning message light shone and makes the sound to report to the police when the pressure is too low. This kind of equipment has carried on the design separately to the circuit used to the generator of the neutral point wiring column, the non-neutral point wiring column and the integral type alternator electric circuit. Another kind is the safekeeping of security installment when installs the oil pressure. It introduces the structure of the oil pressure safeguard equipment and the analysis to the stress. It states the main method preventing machine oil pressure too low in detail.
