大孔树脂AB-8纯化麦冬多糖工艺的研究

摘    要:目的]研究大孔树脂纯化分离麦冬多糖的优化工艺条件。方法]比较了不同pH值、流速对麦冬多糖的纯化效果。结果]确定大孔树脂纯化麦冬多糖的层析条件为:上柱溶液pH值为8,洗脱溶液pH值为8,流速为1.0ml/min,在此条件下麦冬多糖纯度可达到81.0%,回收率71.2%。结论]该优化工艺条件可以作为麦冬多糖的纯化方式进行推广。

Abstract:Objective]The purification and separation conditions of polysaccharide from Ophiopogon japonicus by macroporous resin.
