| 摘 要： | 农业问题、农村问题、农民问题始终是事关贵州省改革、发展、稳定大局的首要问题。贵州喀斯特地貌较为突出,水土流失严重,石漠化范围较大,生态环境差,以保护和改善生态环境为前提,利用现有的山地生态和畜禽品种资源,加强畜牧产业化科技培育,建设牛羊鸡为重点的生态畜牧业和旅游业大省发,是保证农业增效、农民增收的主要措施。
