山桃叶片叶绿素SPAD值颜色特征与时空特征分析

摘    要:植物叶绿素是检测环境和植物生长状况的关键指标。以山桃为试验材料,采用便携式叶绿素计SPAD-502测定其不同高度、不同方位叶片的叶绿素SPAD值,并借助于Photoshop软件和MAPGIS软件,研究山桃叶片叶绿素SPAD值的颜色特征和时空特征。研究表明:叶片的SPAD值与R(红)值、G(绿)值、S(饱和度)、V(亮度)值均呈极显著负相关,而与H(色相)值呈极显著正相关;叶片SPAD值随朝向、高度的变化而有所不同;同一叶片不同部位的叶绿素SPAD值有明显差异。此研究可为利用叶片的颜色特征和叶绿素SPAD值的变化规律辅助诊断叶片的健康营养状况提供一定的方法借鉴和数据支持。

Abstract:The chlorophyll content in plants is a key index for detecting plant environment and health level.Taking Prunus davidiana as the research object,the values of soil and plant analyzer development (SPAD) were measured by a portable SPAD-502 equipment to study the color and spatio-temperal characteristics of plant chlorophyll content.The leaves were collected from different heights and orientations to conduct SPAD measurement.Photoshop and MAPGIS were adopted to process the data measured.SPAD values showed significant negative correlations with the values of Red (R),Green (G),Saturation (S) and Brightness (V),and significant positive correlation with Hue (H).There were obvious differences of SPAD values among the leaves on different orientations and heights and among different parts of the same leaf.The results would provide some methods for references and data support for the better diagnosis of leaf health and nutrition status by color characteristics and SPAD value variations.
