水源涵养林评价系统的构建

摘    要:水源涵养林是一种复杂的森林生态系统,具有多种功能和不同的效益,其效益不能直观认识,也不是单纯由其技术性和经济性决定,需要进行系统的研究评价。利用经济学、生态学和GIS的相关学科的原理和方法进行建模,以Microsoft Visual studio 2010为开发平台,设计开发了水源涵养林的评价系统。系统由监测子系统、评价子系统和专题图子系统三大部分组成,实现过程监测、任务监测、成效监测和资源监测,还具有综合评价、满意度评价以及专题的绘制等功能,本系统采用AHP-模糊综合评价分析法为水源涵养林建设工程进行评估,可对区域的发展、规划等提供参考。

Abstract:Water conservation forest is a complicated forest ecosystem.It has many functions and benefits.However,its benefits can not be directly recognized and decided by technical and economic features,the evaluation on water conservation forest should be conducted systematically.An evaluation system was developed based on the principles and methods of economics,ecology and GIS.The system used Microsoft Visual studio as platform and consisted monitor subsystem,evaluation subsystem and thematic map subsystem,achieving process monitoring,effect monitoring,mission monitoring,and resource monitoring,as well as comprehensive evaluation,satisfaction evaluation and thematic map plotting,etc.The system was applied to evaluate the construction project of water conservation forest to provide references for regional development and planning.
