| Abstract: | The national level ecological public-welfare forests and provincial level ecological public-welfare forests construction projects were launched and implemented in 2005 and in 2009 successively. Based on analysis of the problems in the non-commercial forests conservation and management, some suggestions and strategies have been provided for discussing and reference. |
