| 摘 要： | 主要针对工程项目施工成本控制,首先阐述了工程施工成本管理的科学定义,进而分析了工程项目成本控制中存在的主要问题和施工成本控制在工程项目管理中的重要意义,最后有针对性地提出了加强项目成本控制的措施研究,为施工企业开展项目成本控制与管理提出合理化建议。
