洗刷烟叶表面对烤烟致香物质的影响

为了探明烟叶表面分泌物的损失对烤烟香气量、香气质及化学成分的影响，以烤烟K326为材料，采用半叶法，模拟雨水于打顶后15d和25d用清水洗刷烟叶表面，分析烤后烟叶的香气组分及部分化学成分．结果表明，打顶后15，25d洗刷烟叶表面，分泌物及其降解物总量分别比各自对照降低了34．01％和30．25％；打顶后15d质体色素降解物总量比对照降低15．57％，但打顶后25d与对照差异很小．洗刷烟叶表面对大多数其他中性香气物、水溶性糖、还原糖、含氮化合物和钾等的影响很小．

The Influence of Rinsing Leaf Surface on Fragrant Substances in Flue-Cured Tobacco

In order to explore the influence on superficial secretion to the flue-cured tobacco fragrant quality,the fragrant content and the chemical compounds,flue-cured tobacco K326 is taken as the material,simulating rainwater,rinsing the mature fresh leaf with water by the half leaf method after topping.The neutral fragrant components and the partial chemical composition in the roasted tobacco leaves are analysed.The results indicate that the content of superficial secretion and degrading products for two disposal separately reduces 34.01% and 30.25% with contrast group respectively,chromoplast pigments and their degrading products for disposal A reduces 15.57% than its check,but much fewer for disposal B. Most of the other neutral fragrant substances,water-soluble sugar,reduction sugar,nitrogenous compounds and potassium have little effects.The rinsing leaf superficial by rainwater could greatly reduce the content of fragrance components in the superficial secretion of flue-cured tobacco so that the fragrant quality and content of flue-cured tobacco was effected.
