摘    要:土壤表层水分的不足直接影响着小麦播种质量,干旱可直接导致小麦减产。小麦深播可以使小麦种子吸收到土壤表层以下的水分,但短胚芽鞘的小麦种子深播后却无法出土,所以,选择长胚芽鞘的小麦品种可以作为小麦早期的抗旱性鉴定指标。介绍了如何模拟土壤环境下测量小麦胚芽鞘长度的方法,旨在通过测量苗期小麦胚芽鞘长度,为小麦生长早期对其抗旱性进行鉴选。

Abstract:Moisture lack near the soil surface commonly delays sowing and drought leads directly drop to wheat production. Deep sowing would make wheats use of soil moisture under the topsoil,but the short coleoptiles of wheats reduces emergence under deep sowing.So longer coleoptiles selection could be used as wheat drought resistance early identification.This article mainly introduced the method of how to simulate the soil environment and measure the length of wheat coleoptiles.Through the measurement of wheat coleoptiles,we could do early screening for drought resistance in wheat.
