| 摘 要： | 宁夏固原市区面貌变化很大,通过典型调查和查阅有关资料,分析研究了各类土地的结构现状和节约与集约利用土地的水平及存在的问题.根据固原市“十一五”发展规划和《宁夏城乡统筹用地规模预测》,城市化进程将进一步加快,城市用地规模将扩大1倍以上,为此提出了节约与集约利用土地的5大指标体系和促进节约与集约利用土地的4条保障措施,促进固原市经济社会可持续发展,供固原市新一轮土地利用总体规划修编时作参考.

| Abstract: | There is a great change in the city zone of Guyuan,With the typical investigation and relevant information refered,the paper has analyzed the structures of different land,the level and problem existing about utilizing land economically and intensively.Based on "The Eleventh Five Year" Program of Guyuan and Scale Forecast on Utilizing Land of City and Country in Ningxia Planned as a Whole,the process of urbanization will be quickened,and the scale of utilizing land will be expanded doubly.Therefore,the paper has proposed five index systems and four ensured measures on utilizing land economically and intensively in order to be used as reference for the durable development of economic society of Guyuan,and the remedy of the whole plan about the new round utilization of land in Guyuan city. |
