| 摘 要： | 全国很多地区的农村图书馆发展缓慢甚至停步不前，严重阻碍了我国新农村文化建设和经济发展。通过对传统农村图书馆发展现状的分析，提出了电子图书馆是农村图书馆的发展方向，是新农村文化建设的新生力量。农村电子图书馆的建设对传统图书馆的发展模式进行了创新和突破，论述了农村电子图书馆的优势。
