| 摘 要： | 将BP神经网络理论应用于查新人员服务质量评价领域，采用定量、定性相结合的方法。建立查新员服务质量评价体系及其影响因素之间的非线性关系。通过采集数据对模型进行训练和测试，表明采用该方法所建立的评价模型是有效的。为考核评估查新员工作状况，促进查新队伍健康良性发展提供积极方案。

| Abstract: | The BP neural nets(NNS) theory was used in the evaluation system.Nonlinear correlation of Novelty Search evaluation system and its influence factors was established in the paper base on qualitative and quantitative analysis.By use of the data,the model training and and price forecasting are carried out,and the results show that the evaluation model is available in order to provide positive schemes for Novelty Search team and its scientific evaluation. |
