| Abstract: | The good and bad aspects of the information environment affect the process of IT application construction,knowing the changes of rural information environment is essential to the construction.This article states the current situation about the construction of information environment;analysis the potential questions during the period of constructing information environment,and puts forward some measures to optimize the rural information environment. |
