摘    要:分析了现行管理体制下科技期刊编辑评优过程中存在的问题,采用层次分析法建立了科技期刊编辑评优模型,结果表明,利用层次分析法评选科技期刊优秀编辑,计算简便,结果明确,具有较强的实用性,且定量分析与定性分析相结合,增加了优秀科技期刊编辑评选的科学性和公信度,能够较好地激励科技期刊编辑努力工作。

Abstract:The problems during the evaluation to editors of sci-tech journals under the existing management system were analyzed.A model of evaluation system to editors of sci-tech journals was set up based on Analytic Hierarchy Process.The result shows that this model is simple,easy,clear and useful.The method of quantity analysis combined with quality analysis adds the nature of science to this model,which makes it believable.This evaluation system can encourage the editors of sci-tech journals to worker harder.
