| 摘 要： | 阐述了嵌入式馆员概念的提出及含义,分析了嵌入式馆员服务模式的实质与特点,介绍了嵌入式馆员在国内外高校（专业）图书馆中的发展现状,对我国高校培养嵌入式馆员的必要性进行了详尽的探讨,最后对发展嵌入式馆员遇到的问题进行了思考。
