摘    要:烘烤是影响烟叶质量的重要因素之一。通过对烤房与烘烤工艺的交互性实验,基于标准化烤房与传统工艺相结合来比较,探索烘烤对烟叶质量的贡献率。结果表明:烘烤对腰叶的正组烟叶、评吸质量的贡献率分别为9.4%和5.7%,烘烤工艺的贡献大于烤房的贡献;而针对上二棚叶而言,烘烤对二者的贡献率分别提高到18.7%和25.5%,烤房的贡献大于烘烤工艺的贡献。但烘烤工艺对两个部位烟叶质量的贡献率始终保持在较高的水平。因此认为,烤房是提高烟叶质量的保障措施,而烘烤工艺是提高烟叶质量的重要手段,在实际操作过程中二者必须配套运用。

Evaluation on the Contribution Rate of Curing to Leaf Quality of Tobacco by the Means of Minus

Abstract:Curing is one of important factors that can affect leaf quality of tobacco.Through the interaction testes of barn and curing technology, the contribution rate of curing to quality of tobacco leaf was discussed based on the combination of standardized barn and traditional technology. The results showed that the contribution rate of curing to positive group leaf and smoking quality of lumbar leaf were 9.4% and 5.7%, the contribution of curing technology was more than barn, for upper second leaves, the above contribution rate were 18.7% and 25.5%, the contribution of barn was more than curing technology. The contribution rate of curing technology to quality of leaf in the above two locations always kept a higher level.Therefore, barn is the safeguard measure of improving leaf quality, curing technology is the key mean of improving leaf quality, they must be used synthetically in actual operation process.
