| 摘 要： | 研究表明,共轭亚油酸具有抗癌、抗氧化、降低血清胆固醇、抑制脂肪积累、促生长、刺激免疫等作用,是一种新型功能性脂肪酸。本文系统介绍了共轭亚油酸的生理功能,对猪的营养作用,以及对养猪业产生的影响及应用前景。

| Abstract: | The result of research proved that conjugated linoleic acids,which were new functional fatty acid,possessed many physiological benefits including anticar-cinogenesis,antioxidant,inhibition of body fat accumula-tion,growth and immune stimulation.Their physiological effects,influence and application possibility on swine industry were reviewed. |
