江苏省水文信息采集系统集成研究

摘    要:自1995年以来,在江苏省内,从省到市、县陆续投资建设了许多水文自动测报系统,这些系统的投入和运行曾发挥了很大的作用。但是,由于设备老化、技术衔接不良等问题,现在部分系统未能正常使用。欲使全省的水文自动测报系统全部运行起来,并形成一个完整、统一的系统,真正做到全省共享,必须对这些不同的系统进行标准化改造和系统集成。本文从基于上位机、数据库、测站3个方面进行了系统集成的讨论。结合江苏省水文自动测报系统的现状以及实际工程的施工和使用状况,从3个方面对全省系统集成的特点进行了分析、研究,得出了现阶段系统集成的研究结果,并为今后提出了建设标准化水文自动测报系统的建议,以期江苏省水文自动测报系统可以形成一个标准化集成、标准化建设、标准化管理的先进模式。

Abstract:Since 1994, in Jiangsu Province, many automatic hydrological telemetry and precaution systems have been constructed from the province to the cities and counties, and have ever played great roles. But with the problems of equipment aging and technique juncture, some systems have not been used normally. The standardized transformation and system integration of those different systems must be made if all of the automatic hydrological telemetry and precaution systems in Jiangsu Province are wanted to carry out and form an integrated and unified system so as to realize the share for all. In the paper, the discussion on the system integration is carried on from the three aspects of position machine, data base and station. Combined with the current situation of automatic hydrological telemetry and precaution system in Jiangsu Province and the construction and use of practical project, the integration characteristics of all the systems are studied and analyzed from the three aspects, and the results of system integration in the current period are achieved. Also, the suggestions for the standardized construction of the automatic hydrological telemetry and precaution systems are put forward so that the advanced mode for the standardized integration, standardized construction and standardized management of automatic hydrological telemetry and precaution system can be formed.
