摘    要:橙树枝条环剥促成花时使总核酸及RNA保持高水平,RNA/DNA比值升高,对DNA无明显影响;喷赤霉素抑成花时总核酸及RNA保持低水平,RNA/DNA比值下降。留叶促成花与去叶抑成花相对比中,去叶抑DNA合成反使RNA/DNA比值上升,对RNA无明显影响,成花茎端组织分化明显,细胞中核酸含量比不成花茎端高;辅原套(At)和周围分生区(PZ)棱酸的活化与成花的关系最密切。

Abstract:Limb girdling of sweet orange trees to promote flower—bud formation (FBF) led to high RNA+DNA and RNA levels and high RNA/DNA ratio, but basically did not alter the DNA status. Gibberellin sprayings to inhibit FBF depressed RNA+DNA and RNA levels and decreased RNA/DNA ratio. Leaf removal in comparison with leaf retention depressed DNA synthesis but basically did not alter the RNA status, and hence led to higher RNA/DNA ratio in sharp contrast with the former case.Histochemical and microphotometric investigations showed distinct tissue differentiation in the apices of flower buds and higher nucleic acid contents in the cells as compared with that of the non—flower buds. The activation of nucleic acid metabolism in the adventive tunica layer (At) and peripheral meristemic zone (PZ) seemed to be related closer to flower evocation than that of the central meristem (CM) and other meristimic tissues in the apices.
