| 摘 要： | 三峡库区地形和自然地质条件复杂,是我国水土流失最为严重的地区之一1],三峡库区水土流失治理是事关库区生态环境改善的成败和三峡工程长久安全运行的大事。笔者通过对巴东县官渡口镇退耕还林现状的调查,分析三峡库区退耕还林与农民生活出路之间存在问题的基础上,提出了三峡库区第一重山脊内实施退耕还林的措施和办法。为有效改善三峡库区水土流失提供技术支持。

| Abstract: | Three Gorges Reservoir is one of the most serious soil erosion area which has complex geological condition and natural terrain in China.Improving soil erosion in Three Gorges Reservoir Area is the event which improved the success of ecological environment and long-term safe,issued all over the World.Based on current situation of grain for green project in Guandukou township in Badong County,problems between grain for green project Forest and livelihood of farmers.Grain for green project measures and methods in first ridge of Three Gorges Reservoir Area are proposed.and proposed boldly the idea of ecological migrants. |
