飞行学员心理健康状况分析及对策

根据心理健康概念及评估标准,找出飞行学员常见心理疾病及其主要表现特征,从文化背景、军校管理、家庭环境、价值观念4个方面分析了飞行学员心理疾病形成的原因,提出了提高飞行学员心理健康水平的措施和方法,提出只有进行心理健康教育、改善军校教学管理、开展心理辅导、注重健康人格的培养才能维护好学员的心理健康,提高学员的心理健康水平。

Analysis on pilot students' mental health and countermeasures

Digging out the pilot students′ common mental illness and main characteristics according to the concept of mental health and assessment criteria,the reasons for pilot students′ mental illness from the cultural background,management of the military academeies,family environment,and the values are analyzed.Measures and methods are proposed to improve the pilot students′ mental health.Only having mental health education,making better the management of the military academeies,developing psychological counseling and focus on cultivating the health personality can we maintain and improve the pilot students′ mental health.
