| 摘 要： | 土壤微生物作为土壤肥力的重要指标,与整个森林生态系统的健康状况密切相关.本文综述了桉树人工林土壤微生物多样性的研究方法,从传统的培养到分子生物学的飞跃,对开展桉树人工林土壤微生物生态研究具有重要的推动作用和指导意义.

| Abstract: | As an important index for soil fertility,soil microorganisms are closely related to forest ecosystem health.This review focuses on the methods for studying microbial diversity of soils under Eucalyptus plantations, and these range from traditional cultures to molecular biology.The content of this review provides an important impetus and guidance on the research of soil microbial ecology forsoils under plantations of Eucalyptus species. |
