出版业转企改制给编辑工作带来的机遇和挑战

自2005年党中央和国务院出台了《关于深化文化体制改革的若干意见》后,以图书和期刊为主业的出版业加大了转企改制的步伐。作为生产精神产品的出版业,一方面要保持其意识形态的属性;另一方面要走向市场,按企业来进行管理。这对于传统模式下的编辑工作是机遇,同时也是一种挑战。本文从分析出版业转企所带来的机遇和挑战入手,对编辑如何适应新的体制、机制作了探讨。

Chance And Challenge Of Transforming Publishing Into Corporation On Editorship

The publishing of book and periodical quickens the step of transforming the mechanism into corporation after the file of ＂some opinions about deepening culture system reformation＂ made by the Party and state council in 2005. The publishing should keep its ideological property as it producing intellectual products, and also face the market and be managed as corporations. It is a chance and challenge for editorship work under traditional mode. This paper discuses the editorship how to adapt the new system and mechanism beginning with chance and challenge brought by the transforming.
