| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪以来,随着国民经济的蓬勃发展,农村教育、卫生、经济等已不能满足人们生活的需要,根据国家建设社会主义新农村的要求,北安市政府决定在通北镇建设新型农民社区,从而适应城市建设发展的要求,为通北镇农民提供良好的居所。
