加工番茄生产技术创新战略研究

加工番茄产业已经成为新疆重要的出口外向型产业,在国际市场上已经具备了较强的竞争力。今后加工番茄在新疆的发展必须努力挖掘内涵(依靠科技提高原料生产水平),而不是依靠扩大外延(增加种植面积)提高原料生产水平。加工番茄生产技术创新必须从杂交新品种研发与应用,育苗移栽技术的推广应用,绿色、无公害(包括有机加工番茄)生产技术的研发与应用,节水灌溉技术的推广应用和配套生产机械的研发与应用等方面来提升加工番茄产业核心竞争力,改变目前产业单纯依靠低成本参与国际市场竞争的局面,转而依靠科技进步作为产业核心竞争力参与国际市场竞争。

Strategic Study on Innovative Producing Technology of Processing Tomato

Processing tomato industry has become the most important export-oriented industry in Xinjiang.It has the greater competition in the international market.In the future,the existing potential must be tapped in proeessing tomato(depending on the science and technology advance),not extend the extension(increasing the producing area) to enhance the producing level.It depends on the research,extending and use of hybrid varieties,seedling transplanting technology,green and no-environmental(including organic) production technology,water-saving irrigation technology and producing machine to enhance the key competitive ability in the international market.Depending on the science and technology advance,not the low cost as the key competitive ability to participate in the competition on the international market.
