宁夏地区冷凉蔬菜栽培现状调查研究

摘要：为促进宁夏地区冷凉蔬菜产业发展，明确宁夏地区冷凉蔬菜栽培现状、上市规律及价格变化趋 势，采用实地走访和电话咨询方式对宁夏地区的9种冷凉蔬菜（青花菜、辣椒、胡萝卜、洋葱、白萝卜、 西芹、番茄、马铃薯、白菜）的栽培现状、病虫害防治、周年价格变化进行调研和分析。据调查得知： 宁夏地区冷凉蔬菜种植模式、技术、产量等趋于稳定，商品具有上市集中、品类单一、竞争力不大、市 场价格浮动较大等特点。根据调查结果，提出了通过引进新种、丰富市场，专业提升、技术帮扶，品质 提升、价格调控等，以增强冷凉蔬菜产品品质和市场竞争力的建议。

The Investigation of Cultivated Present Situation about Cold Vegetable in Ningxia Area

Abstract: In order to promote the development of cool vegetable industry in Ningxia area and clarify the cultivation status, marketing regularity and price change trend of cool vegetables in Ningxia area, the cultivation present situation and annual price changes of nine types cold vegetables (broccoli, pepper, carrot, onion, white radish, celery, tomato, potato and cabbage) in Ningxia were investigated and analyzed by field visit and telephone consultation. According to the survey, the planting pattern, planting technology and yield of cold vegetables in Ningxia were stable, and the commodities had the characteristics of concentrated listing, single category, low competitiveness and large fluctuation of market price. According to the results of the survey, some suggestions were put forward to enhance the quality and market competitiveness of cold vegetable products by introducing new cultivars, enriching the market, promoting the profession, helping the technology, improving the quality and regulating the price.
