| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代对创新人才的培养提出了新的要求，而大学生在创新精神和创新能力方面存在着现实差距。通过创新人才价值目标分析，提出了教育创新的观念和改革传统的教学模式，指出智力教育、素质教育、个性教育和实践教育是知识经济时代创新人才培养的4个重要环节。

| Abstract: | The knowledge -based economy demands that more creative and innovative personnel is trained. However, a great gap exists between the creativity and innovativeness of the students and.wheat is expected of them. This paper advocates the concept of educational innovation and urges a reform of the traditional educational modes, and points out four key links in the culture of creative personnel in the knowledge - based economy era, i.e. intelligence education, quality - oriented education, personality education and practice education. |
