| 摘 要： | 当前,世界棉花杂种优势利用,仍采用人工去雄授粉杂交制种为主要手段,这种制种方法技术要求较高,费工费时,杂交种子生产率低,从而。限制了杂交棉的迅速发展。从1985～1988年,我们采用低酚棉做母本,有酚棉做父本,不去雄在棉花开花后直接授粉,获得杂交种子,并依据形状(腺体的有无),区别真假杂种,有效地应用了遗传学的显、隐性原理,利用这种方法,解决了亲本选择、组合选配、最佳授粉时间及杂交率的检验等难题,为有效地利用棉花杂种优势开避了新途径。
