大马力四驱拖拉机-整地机具最优匹配的研究

摘    要:通过建立数学模型来确定大马力四驱拖拉机整地机组各个影响因素之间的关系,推导出大型拖拉机整地机组牵引效率、作业效率和燃料经济性的计算公式。并通过实例计算和优化,在作业中整地机组获得理想的牵引效率和作业效率,以及较好的燃料经济性的匹配条件:机组作业速度6.3208 km/h,牵引24个圆盘耙、11个深松铲、100个弹齿耙。

Abstract:Mathematic model was used to identify the interrelationships among various factors of the great power tractor and secondary tillage unit,and the formulas of tractive efficiency,working efficiency and fuel economy were deduced.The matched conditions of the tractor and secondary tillage unit for ideal tractive efficiency,ideal working efficiency and optimum fuel economy were illustrated as follows based on actual calculation and optimization: the working speed of the unit should be 6.3208 km/h,it should carry 24 disc harrows,11 deep-shovels and 100 spring tine harrows.
